Model and presenter Vogue Williams has revealed that she is loving life at the moment, as this is the first time the Howth native has been single in 11 years. Speaking to The Irish Daily Mirror at The Cheltenham festival, where the blonde beauty was judging best dressed at Ladies Day, Vogue said that she is more than happy being on her own for the time being.
“I’m quite happy to be on my own, which I think weirds people out. I always wanted to do it because I’ve been in relationships for 11 years now. I think it’s time to have a bit of ‘me time’, and me and Brian are still good friends.” Vogue and her ex-husband parted ways in July last year but have remained friends ever since.
The 32-year-old told the newspaper that she was impressed by the style she saw at Ladies Day and it was a tough choice picking the best dressed. In the end, Irish woman Yvonne McAvoy took home the prize wearing a green midi length dress and matching hat.
“I really loved the winner Yvonne. She was amazing. Her dress just stood out and I didn’t know she was Irish when I was choosing her – although the name sort of did give it away a bit! The fashion was really good. I was really happy with everything I saw and it was quite hard to actually choose the winner.”
