There’s loads to get up to.

Halloween has finally arrived, but if you’re still trying to figure out your options for the big night, look no further. We’ve complied the best ghoulish things to get up to this weekend, but don’t go blaming us if you get a fright!

15th World Ghost Convention
The World Ghost Convention is the perfect way to kick off this Halloween weekend. The event takes place in Cork City Gaol Heritage Centre, and will be the meeting place for anyone who fancies an evening of supernatural spooks. The night will see a number of international guest speakers talk about a whole range of haunting topics. Word has it, the event has it’s own resident ghost who has appeared to members of the audience in the past – eek!

In the carnival you’ll be able to hop on an old-school carrousels, helter skelters or you can even just take a spin around on the Ferris wheel if you fancy something less daring. It’s open from 11am-10pm all weekend.
