Una Healy and Lynsey Bennett’s Paris trip has ended in chaos as the pair are stuck in the French capital following mass flight cancelations.
The friends originally planned to fly home yesterday, but ended up staying another night. Sharing the news on Instagram, Una wrote; “Another unexpected night in Paris (airport) flight got cancelled.”
After re-scheduling their flight for today, that trip was also cancelled, with Lindsey writing; “Anyone work in Aer Lingus that could give update please?”
Aer Lingus have been cancelling a number of flights this week for public safety, after an outbreak if Covid-19 impacted their staff. With up to 17% of flights from their base in the French capital, Charles de Gaulle airport, being either cancelled, delayed, or diverted.
While their trip is ending on a sour note, the rest of their holiday was wonderful.
Una brought along son Tadhg and daughter Aoife Belle, while Lynsey has brought her daughters Zoe and Hailee to Disneyland.
There, they enjoyed some of the iconic parts of Disneyland including Cinderella’s castle and the daily parade on Main Street.
“What do you think of my new house?” she joked as she posed outside of the Haunted Mansion with her two children.
Lynsey shared a similar picture with her children writing, “When @unahealy invites us over to her new house best day with the best peeps @disneylandparis.”
The magical holiday was something Una was very excited for.
Speaking to us at The Platinum VIP Style Awards, the singer revealed; “We’re heading to Disneyland as soon as they’re finished school.”
“We’re looking forward to the summer, and we’re hoping the weather is going to be good.”
