Exciting news for Colette Fitzpatrick as it has been announced today that she will be moving from her usual Sunday slot at Newstalk, to a new weekday breakfast slot.
The talented broadcaster will now be co-anchoring the station’s new Breakfast Show, alongside radio veteran, Shane Coleman, and well-know journalist, Paul Williams.
The new team will work on a rotating schedule, bringing a vast range of media knowledge and experience to the morning programme.
Editor-in-chief at Newstalk, Garrett Harte, said today that he is happy to welcome new presenters on board for the new autumn schedule. In particular, he spoke of his delight at Tipperary native Colette taking on a stronger role.
“We’re hugely excited at the entire team we have assembled, and we are particularly pleased that Colette Fitzpatrick has been able to join our breakfast team in addition to her ongoing commitments to TV3,” he said.
