Three new workout studios to try out

If you’re looking for somewhere to get your sweat on or just want to stretch out a bit more this summer, worry not because we have you covered.

From high-intensity workouts to more relaxing vibes, there are three new studios opening this summer that we at VIP think you need to check out.

Take a look…

Barry’s Studio Dublin

Barry’s is all about intense, fun workouts that combine strength and cardio in the signature Red Room. It’s been a hit in cities across the world, and now Dubliners can finally see what the buzz is all about.

Think energising music, top-tier instructors, and a real community vibe that keeps people coming back.

Barry’s Dublin will offer 50 minute RUN x LIFT classes, giving clients more flexibility while still delivering the intense, efficient workout Barry’s is known for. Each class blends high-octane treadmill intervals with functional strength training on the floor.

Prefer to lift only? The “double floor” option lets you skip the treadmill and go all-in on strength. With different muscle groups targeted each day – including Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs & Ass, and Total Body – clients can train smarter while avoiding burnout.

And of course, Barry’s Red Room will be arriving in Dublin. It’s a multisensory experience designed to optimise performance and maintain motivation at all times. From the moment you step in, you’re enveloped in a unique atmosphere with dim red lighting, antimicrobial rubber flooring, and a surround sound system that transforms every class into a dynamic event. This ambiance is designed to make clients feel empowered and safe while training, turning each session into an exciting and effective challenge.

The studio opens on June 14th and you can find out more here.

SAINT Studios

If you want to try out Reformer Pilates or a Spin class or even a more intense Circuit training workout, SAINT Studios is the place for you.

This studio focuses on more than just physical fitness. It’s dedicated to creating an urban sanctuary where people can connect, challenge themselves, and elevate their overall well-being mentally, physically, and socially. SAINT Studios offers a variety of workouts, including RIDE, RECOVER, TRAIN, and REFORMER.

Every workout at SAINT Studios is built around five key pillars: GROUND, CONNECT, CHALLENGE, CELEBRATE and REFLECT. The meticulously designed SAINT Studios class timetable will present a unique roster of high to low impact classes as well as recovery sessions to cater for all fitness levels and lifestyles.

The SAINT Studios instructors are expertly trained in the signature SAINT method, to integrate these pillars into every class through expert programming, musicality and high-energy coaching, ensuring a seamless, memorable and impactful experience.

Segotia

If you’re more of a relaxing workout, then Segotia is the perfect yoga studio for you.

The new multi-purpose studio Segotia is a refreshing and welcome new addition. This family-owned art and yoga space in the heart of Rathmines offers something rare: a calm, welcoming place for the people of Dublin to move, create and connect.

Tucked away behind the main street in Rathmines, the spacious Segotia houses a beautiful Yoga Studio, light-filled art gallery, long-term artist studios, a holistic treatment room and art workshop space. It’s a destination for creatives, the creatively curious and community.

Segotia’s yoga schedule features some of Dublin’s most renowned teachers and a series of seasonal Yoga Workshops aligned with the Celtic calendar and natural cycles, offering a deeper connection to body and nature. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, there’s something here for you.

A highlight of the schedule is Ebb + Flow, a unique yoga and sauna experience every Friday at 12pm with teacher Gill Costello. The session includes 45 minutes of slow, breath-led yoga followed by 45 minutes in the Fad Saoil Sauna, cold plunge and all – finished with a filter coffee from Two Fifty Square. It’s the ultimate lunchtime reset.
