Music fans rejoice as The Wolfe Tones have only gone and added another Dublin date at the 3Arena next year.
Yes, tickets for their highly anticipated Dublin gig, on Saturday 12 October 2024 went on sale this morning but sold out ‘”instantly” leaving many fans disappointed.
The concert will mark the band’s 60th anniversary, an impressive milestone that they will celebrate next year.
But after receiving an overwhelming response for tickets, the band decided to add a second date at the Dublin venue for Friday 11 October.

Tickets for the new date go on sale on Monday 18 September at 9am and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.
And if today is anything to go by, they will have no problem selling out once again!
In fact, organisers have said the 10,000 plus spectators is a record-breaking figure for a non-main stage act in the festival’s 19-year history.
The band is comprised of Brian Warfield, Noel Nagle, and Tommy Byrne who will take to the stage next year.
