The VIP List: What Team VIP is loving this week

What a week it’s been!

We’re finalising our April issue for print which is very, very exciting – you’ll definitely want to pick up a copy!

We’re enjoying the sun that is coming out more and more now.

Here’s what Team VIP is loving this week…

Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…the cutest blush

If I have blush blindness, I do not want a cure. I usually wear at least three different blush products, it’s my favourite part of my makeup routine.

So I was so excited to see that Charlotte Tilbury was launching new blushes in her limited edition Beauty Soulmates Collection. Not only is the formula my favourite yet, I am literally obsessed with the packaging!

I feel like I’m in a film using these cute heart shaped blushes and powders because I am also an oily queen – I’m obsessed with being able to have these on hand.

You can take a look for yourself here.

Head of Commercial and Events Rebecca is loving…art for good!

Irish non-profit organization SumGood will host its Annual Contemporary Art Auction on Wednesday April 9th at The Copperhouse Gallery, located just off Dublin’s Camden Street.

The event will feature a Live Auction and exhibition. The Auction will raise funds for SumGood’s inaugural training programme – The KickStart Kitchen.

Bronwyn is loving…delicious protein

We’re all trying to add more protein into our diets. I’ve been trying to make sure my breakfast is protein-heavy, which is easier said than done.

Sometimes, I don’t have time to make eggs every morning. So I was delighted to find out about Clean Cut Meal’s new snacking range including protein pancakes and protein granola yoghurt.

There is literally nothing better than a yoghurt in the morning and I can rest assure I have plenty of protein in my breakfast!

Rebecca is loving…being Sculpted!

The Queen of Skincare, Aimee Connolly, has just launched three new additions to the award-winning Sculpted by Aimee range.

The Glow Collection is a radiance-boosting three-step skincare trio that delivers instant and long-lasting luminosity! The range consists of Brighten Up Energising Eye Cream (€30), LiquidGlo Brightening Essence (€28) and HydraBright Illuminating Serum (€35). As with all of her products, the range is backed by high-performance ingredients and extensive consumer testing to ensure you get the ultimate glowy skin!

We can’t wait to try it out, especially that new eye cream! You can get your hands on the products here.

Bronwyn is loving…VR

Yes, you read that right. I never had any interest in virtual reality, I’ve enough to deal with in this reality.

But when I was invited to spend an evening at Sandbox VR, which opened recently in Dublin, I had to give it a go. Me and my friends headed down and were immediately immersed in the world of Squid Game.

It’s safe to say if this was real life I would have died immediately but it was pretty hilarious being able to watch ourselves back with all the gear on.

If you have little ones or just want a fun evening out, I would highly recommend it. You can find out more here.

Head of Digital Jade is loving… Chocolate

PixTom Graphic Design

Easter may not be here quite yet, but that doesn’t mean I’m not getting excited about all of the eggs I’m bound to consume.

If you’re looking for something a bit fancy – and super delicious – you need to check our Lir’s and Bailey’s range of easter eggs.

The Navan chocolatier always deliver when it comes to taste, and this year is no different.

From dark chocolate to Baileys chocolate with a hint of mint, there’s something for everyone this year.

The hard part is deciding which to eat first.

Bronwyn is loving…getting out in nature

Now the weather is better…just slightly, I’ve been endeavouring to go on lunchtime walks every day. Luckily I can step outside and straight into the countryside for an hour.

And I’m definitely not alone in this goal of getting outside more.

With brighter evenings returning, a new survey of consumers across Ireland conducted by outdoor clothing brand, Regatta Great Outdoors, shows the universal appeal and mental health benefits of spending time in the outdoors – 95% of respondents ranked getting outdoors as important for mental well-being.

82% of respondents plan to spend more time outdoors, taking advantage of the extended daylight hours. In terms of preferred activity for getting out and about, walking was by far the favourite outdoor activity (83%) versus those who prefer running (5.5%) and cycling (4.9%).

How will you be spending your Spring?
