I got to try out the Pilates class as well as take a look at the recovery suite and it’s safe to say that I had the best work out. I felt so relaxed and well exercised by the time I was leaving.

Barnardos children’s charity has officially launched the 22nd annual Big Toddle, a half-mile sponsored walk for Ireland’s littlest fundraisers – toddlers!
The campaign’s theme, “Big Toddle Little Heroes,” celebrates the huge impact made by some of the smallest feet in the country.
Returning as this year’s campaign ambassador, Louise Duffy is proud to support the Big Toddle once again.
Since its beginning, the Big Toddle has raised an incredible €4.84 million for Barnardos’ Early Years services, supporting the most vulnerable children across Ireland.

If you have been plugged into your social media this year, you won’t have missed the Dubai chocolate flavour trend that’s filled up Tik Tok feeds and taken the online world by storm. The first recipe for Dubai chocolate was created in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda of FIX Dessert Chocolatier and gained viral fame through influencers – kudos to Maria Vehera – on TikTok.
Combining pistachio nuts, kadayif and milk chocolate, this sweet blend has melted the palates of those who have gotten the chance to taste this recipe. This innovation has made a huge splash across the globe, adding a fabulous new flavour to shopping aisles.
And now, the Lindt Master Chocolatiers are bringing their own recipe to Ireland. From the 9th of May, you can get your hands on Lindt’s very own 145g bar of luxurious Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate, while stocks last of course!
The new chocolate bar features mouth-watering milk chocolate and pistachio, topped with a crunchy kadayif pastry, and will be available in select Dunnes, Tesco stores and premium retailers nationwide with an RRP of €12.50.
