Summer is here.
We’re enjoying the sunshine this week and we’re in an exceptionally good mood!
So there’s so much to love this week here at VIP HQ!
Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…a nourishing lippie
My lips are always dry. It is the bane of my life – help on a postcard, please! But I also love to wear lip products when I do my makeup, come on you can’t just throw on lip balm with full glam!
Thankfully Luna by Lisa has made my dreams come through with her new collection of Butter Balms Lipsticks.
They are infused with Shea Butter and Jojoba Seed Oil, these creamy, buildable lipsticks melt on for a smooth finish.

Summer is almost here, and if you’re looking to update your wardrobe, look no further than Shaws.
The iconic, classic Irish retailer is home to so many incredible international brands – the latest being Cortefiel, a luxe retailer from Spain, boasting everything from cosy knits to fabulous co-ords.
We were lucky enough to head along to a special lunch celebrating the collaboration, and to check out some of the amazing pieces.
What’s more is that Shaws are offering 30% of Cortefiel in store and online this bank holiday weekend. Summer clothes? Sorted!
Bronwyn is loving…protecting my skin
I may be the palest person to walk this earth. So it’s important for me to always have my SPF on standby.
Recently I’ve fallen in love with Lancaster’s suncream products.
I’m simply obsessed with their new Sun Perfect Unifying Serum SPF50 is a daily, hybrid skincare and sun care serum that helps prevent and correct photoageing damage, including skin dryness, dark spots, wrinkles and solar elastosis.
You can grab your own skincare products here.
Staff Writer Anja is loving…A night at the Theatre

Nothing thrills me more than a visit to the theatre, so I was delighted to catch Youth’s The Season at The Abbey before it closes tomorrow night.
Written by Mary Manning when she was just 26, the play is set in 1920s Dublin, against the backdrop of a young Ireland finding its way. The characters are bold, messy, and completely compelling, trading sharp flirtations and barbed jokes with an energy that lit up the stage. And beneath all the wit and charm, there’s a bittersweet edge that lands unexpectedly hard.
Perfectly capturing that chaotic moment in life when you’re old enough to say anything, but not quite wise enough to understand the weight of your words, it really is rare to see a play from 1931 that feels so current .
There are limited tickets left for tonight and tomorrow’s final performances, so grab them while you can here!
Bronwyn is loving…K Beauty
K Beauty AKA Korean Beauty has made its way to Ireland! Finally!
I’ve been watching beauty influencers praise skincare brands from Korea for years but it wasn’t easy to get the bits into Ireland without paying an arm and a leg. Now you can get all your bits in Boots, how exciting!
I’m loving Rice Water Toner and daily moisturisers. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my skin. And after dealing with acne and problem skin for years this has changed my confidence forever!
