We haven’t done much other than watch Ireland absolutely smash it at the Olympics for the past fortnight.

We all know about laser hair removal, but what about lasers to improve the look of your skin? I took the leap and went under the ray in a new facial laser treatment called Clear + Brilliant.
This is apparently the treatment celebs like Hailey Bieber are fond of for that red carpet skin. And after trying it out I have to say they are right! While the treatment is uncomfortable – the laser is basically creating microscopic thermal injuries – after a handful of days my skin was glowing.
I was asking everyone to feel how soft my skin was (it was extremely soft!). The laser forces the skin to trigger the healing responses which in turn boosts collagen and elastin production, this makes your skin look smoother and firmer. And what is a bit of uncomfiness when you look like a newborn baby!?

If there’s anything better than a long, hot shower at the end of a long day I’d love to hear about it.
An everything shower is a staple for any woman. You get in, you get everything done, and you emerge a new person. We’re talking a full body wash, cleanse, shave, and shampoo and condition (maybe even a mask, if you’re lucky).
There truly is nothing better.
Dove recently released research confirming our love of the above. Women in Ireland are significantly more likely to shower in the evening, preferring to scrub away the day’s grime before getting into bed.
67 per cent of women use their shower time to unwind and clear their minds, while over half of us embrace this multi-step ritual.

When I work from home, comfort is key. Majority of the time, you will catch me in sweatpants and a cosy fleece or top of some sort.
