We have to say that we’re really into autumn now.
The weather has been pretty miserable, but we’ve had plenty to keep us happy this week.
Here’s what Team VIP is loving this week…
Staff Writer Anja is loving… A Dance Masterclass
This week I was thrilled to be invited to a Dance Masterclass by the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre with the stars of none other than Dirty Dancing (internally screams). If you’re a big theatre nerd like me, then you will understand how absolutely ecstatic I was at the sheer prospect of standing on the Bord Gais stage, let alone performing on it! Honestly, I’m still not over it.
The masterclass was led by Michael O’Reilly who plays the one and only Johnny Castle and Georgia Aspinall who plays Penny Johnson. As to which song we danced to, yes you guessed it – (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life was the only appropriate choice for us lot. After sweating our buts off for about an hour, Michael then showed us a preview of that iconic lift with Baby (played by Kira Malou) and some other pretty impressive moves before we rewarded ourselves with a watermelon cocktail.
The phenomenal production hits the stage from the 05 September until the 16 of September, and safe to say I’ll be there on the sidelines in my dancing gear just in case they need me.
Prices for tickets start from €21.50 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…Skin Proud Face Melt
I hate taking my makeup off…
I know it’s a toxic trait but I always found my skin would be so dry after I settled down with my face wipes. Turns out that I was just using the wrong products. That’s when I found Skin Proud Face Melt. And it does just that melts off all your makeup after you rub it into the skin.
It’s super easy to use and makes your face feeling glowing and moisturised after using it. Which I just adore!
You can get your hands on a tub for €13.95 available at iamproud.com and Dunnes stores!
Weekend editor Sláine is loving…All About Kombucha

There is a TikTok audio that goes, “To me, the height of luxury is drinking three liquids at once: one for hydration, one for energy, and one for fun” and I fully subscribe to the idea, as a hard-core believer in emotional support beverages, I’m always on the lookout for something good.
And I’ve found my latest favourite, All About Kombucha.
The Irish company is based in Galway, and creates some delicious concoctions. They have great flavours (my current fav is the Organic Blueberry + Mint) plus there are plenty of health benefits with Kombucha, so it really is perfect.
