Katelyn Divilly wasn’t long for The Traitors after she went up against OG Traitor Paudie, the most beloved man in the country.
She was unfortunately the second Traitor to be found out after Eamon because of her feud with Paudie.
She previously told us that she dealt with some very nasty online trolling during the course of the show.
“I think some of them are a bit gendered and a bit loaded,” she said after her banishment.
I think it is a bit sad that in 2025, when a woman shows some strength in a competitive environment that she attracts such disproportionate hostility. I stood up for myself. I’m a strong person. I am very resilient, and I have a lot of love and happiness in my life.”
However, she is in high spirits when we catch up with her at this year’s Hayu STELLAR InstaStar Awards she admits that everything settled down fairly quickly.
“The trolling only lasted one or two days. But when I got banished I got loads of love. So I think going out with a little bit of grace people realised that I was actually sound! The tears weren’t fake!” she promises with a big smile.
Now she’s watching the final episodes play out like anyone else.
“We have no clue what happens. So it’s really exciting to watch. But some episodes are harrowing to watch, like Christine in the coffin! It was a tough watch, I was watching it through my fingers!”
We don’t blame her!
