The Script paid tribute to their late bandmate Mark Sheehan during their concert in London’s Hyde Park during the weekend.
Mark tragically passed away in April, with the band taking a step back from their current tour to grieve, before returning in July.
Addressing the crowd during performance lead singer Danny O’Donoghue thanked fans for their support during this difficult time.
Telling the crowd: “I just want to take this time out to say thank you so much to everybody for all your messages.”
“We wouldn’t have been able to get through these few months if it wasn’t for you guys.”
The Dubliner continued on to dedicated a song to their late friend.
“He [Mark] was so much looking forward to coming out and playing these shows, so I’m gonna dedicated a song to him right now.”
The group dedicated and then performed their 2013 hit If You Could See Me Now, to Mark.
The emotional track chronicles grief and was originally written about the deaths of both Danny and Mark’s parents.

The 41-year-old died in hospital after a short illness earlier this year.
The band released a statement, which read: “Much loved husband, father, brother, band mate and friend Mark Sheehan passed away today in hospital after a brief illness.”
They asked for privacy during this time as they concluded the statement.
“The family and group ask fans to respect their privacy at this tragic time.”
