The 2018 Vodafone Comedy Festival is fast approaching and the full line up of artists has just been announced.
The festival will take place across five fully seated venues over four fun-packed days in Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens from 26th – 29thJuly and tickets will go on sale this Friday, 15th June at 9am.
The top billings heading up the comedy event are Tommy Tiernan, Jason Byrne and Deirdre O’Kane, who will be joined by some great homegrown and International talent.
From the star of RTE’s Nowhere Fast Alison Spittle, to the hilarious Enya Martin, AKA Giz A Laugh, the tent main stage will be packed full of amazing female comedians, and we can’t wait to take in some of the gas shows in the lineup.
Comedian Joanne McNally and RubberBandit Blindboy BoatClub will also be adding to the centre stage billing, as well as Al Foran, Bernard O’Shea and Aisling Bea.
The festival is sure to be a great way to spend an afternoon in Dublin, and a way of supporting our own comedy industry in Ireland.
Tickets for the festival are on sale this Friday, 15th June at 9am and are sold on a show-by-show basis. 20,000 people are expected to attend the four-day festival, which is strictly an over 18s event.
