Thousands of fans turned up to give the boys in blue the homecoming reception they deserved at Smithfield yesterday.
The players were celebrating narrowly securing Dublin’s first All-Ireland senior football double since 1977.
Around 10,000 fans showed up and to show their appreciation, some of the Dublin boys took to the stage and treated the crowd to a sing along.
Two of their song choices were ‘Give it Up’ and ‘Riptide’.
