Ed Sheeran tickets sold out within minutes this week, leaving many unlucky fans disappointed and vulnerable to online scams.

Tickets are now being sold on touting websites for up to €800, and the singer is “deeply concerned” about these extortionate prices, and he’s warned his fans to not fall victim to the scammers.

As if all of this ticket controversy wasn’t enough to keep track of, the 3 Arena have now reported on fake online competitions, leading fans to believe that there will be after parties at the venue after the concerts.

They're urging fans not to hand over any money.

On Facebook they wrote, “3 Arena are NOT running any competitions or after parties for the Ed Sheeran concerts in April.

“It has come to our attention that there are some fake pages being set up asking people to email a Gmail account.

“Please do not send money or details to these emails as it is a scam. This is the only genuine venue page.”

Don’t fall victim to this cruel scam.
