My God, I’ve received some pretty amazing Christmas presents throughout my childhood so this is impossible to whittle down! However, if I had to choose one, it would be the year I got my first guitar. It was a small electric pink one and I was completely obsessed with it. I come from quite a musical family so I had been dying to get my hands on one for ages. My poor parents, bless them, never want anyone to feel left out so they even got my two older sisters instruments too. I don’t know what they were thinking. Safe to say our ears were ringing going into the New Year!

I got a scooter one year, and all the children on the estate also got scooters, so we were bombing around the place for the entire break. The coordination peaked.

I have gotten lots of incredible presents over the years. But I have to say my best Christmas present has to be my Nutcracker Barbie! Santie brought me the most gorgeous Barbie as well as the Nutcracker Shelly (that’s Barbie’s little sister in case you didn’t know). I was obsessed with the film and would watch it daily. I had a pink videotape! I even got to bring Shelly to mass with me, which was never usually allowed. After dinner, we do family Christmas presents. And my nanny got me the horse and carriage to go with the Barbie. Honestly, it was the best Christmas ever!
