The stars of Celebrity Masterchef have failed to impress judges with their cooking skills.
TV3 bosses have already started production of the show, but it seems the celebrities have a lot to learn in the kitchen.
The stars who are reportedly taking part in the show include;Eurovision star Niamh Kavanagh, model Holly Carpenter, human rights campaigner Colm O’Gorman,former football star Oisinn McConville, singer/songwriter Mundy, former popstar Samantha Mumba, tv presenter Simon Delaney and meteorologist Evelyn Cusack.
An insider revealed to The Irish Sun that filming for the show is very strenuous and the celebrities have failed to showcase impressive cooking skills.
They said, “It’s a very long day of filming.The kitchen is a warm place to be anyway but the last few days have been so hot which is making it worse for everyone. Combine that with nerves and you might want to get out of the kitchen quick.”
“Filming kicked off at 7am last Monday morning with the celeb chefs asked to “do themselves in a dish”.
“It was all about creating a dish which reflected the identity of each celebrity cook. Honestly nobody dazzled us.
“Our celeb cooks wouldn’t be up to the standard of the top amateurs we get on Masterchef. That said, during Tuesday’s task, some of our celebs surprised with dishes, proving they have been listening to the advice they’d been given.”
We can’t wait to see our favourite stars battle it out in the kitchen!
