Fans of Stanley Tucci and Schitts Creek are going to be very excited about this latest announcement…
The actor will be coming to Ireland in May as part of the International Literature Festival Dublin, which will run from the 19th to the 28th May.
Stanley will be there to discuss his book Taste, which is a memoir of his life through food.
Filled with hilarious anecdotes from his experiences with family, films and of course the odd recipe inside, it’s a guaranteed giggle.

But Stanley isn’t the only big name on the lineup, Monica Heisey, screenwriter on one of the best-loved comedy shows in recent years, Schitt’s Creek, will chat about her debut novel Really Good, Actually.
Beata Umubyeyi Mairesse will also be present to discuss her powerful debut novel, All Your Children, Scattered, which deals with the aftermath of the 1994 genocide of the Tsutsi people in Rwanda and uncovers the disaster’s aftermath on three generations of survivors.
Roddy Doyle, Catherine Ryan Howard and Claire Allan are among the Irish writers attending and the event will be full of chats with many activities to keep your book-loving mind content.
The festival will also have something for the children as ILFD welcomes the youngest readers to conquer chaos, break curses, collect happiness, and celebrate the joy of reading and writing along the way.
