Spencer Matthews is no stranger to being in front of the camera.

He started his career on Made in Chelsea but has swapped the screen for the microphone with his podcasts in recent years.

But he has opened up about the one show that he “hated” filming.

He spoke about filming his wedding to Vogue Williams, which was called Spencer, Vogue, and Wedding Two.

The couple brought camera crews behind the scenes on their second wedding which took place in London.

Spencer married Vogue back in 2018 at his family estate in Scotland, just before the birth of their first son Theodore. The couple went on to welcome Gigi in 2020 and  Otto in 2022.

“If we got divorced I don’t think that I would get married again, that’d be it for me on the marriage thing,” Spencer confessed during an episode of Vogue & Spencer.

When Vogue pointed out the more expensive your wedding is the more likely the couple is to divorce, Spencer responded: “Yes apparently the more money you spend on your wedding the more likely you are to get divorced.

“I think I can agree with that and I’m not just chucking us in there, we had a really cheap wedding, we paid for flowers and some champagne and a cake, that’s it. We had 20 people too, so we didn’t actually do anything.”

Vogue added: “But that wasn’t really meant to be our wedding, but it just happened to be our wedding. That was meant to be the registry office part and then we were gonna do our big wedding, we just never did the big wedding.”

Spencer then asked Vogue: “Should we do it? You know what? I think we should do a wedding.”

As they reminisced, Spencer brought up the reality show: “I’m not counting that preposterous piece of sh** thing that we did for TV.

“I f***ing hated it. I realise, by the way, that I always sound negative on this f***ing show, but, I hated that. I hated that evening. It was so fake and bulls*** and cr*p.”

However, Vogue didn’t agree, saying: “I loved it, I had such a fun time, I loved my outfit.”
