Here, we catch up with Trinny Woodall, founder of Trinny London.
TELL US YOUR MORNING/EVENING SKINCARE ROUTINE.
Taking care of myself first thing sets me up for the day. I begin my morning routine with a facial massage using Trinny London Be Your Best Enzyme Balm Cleanser and my Foreo Luna 3 Facial Cleansing Brush. Next, I apply Trinny London Tiptoe in PHA Exfoliant, Trinny London Boost Up 30% Vitamin C Serum, and Trinny London Energise Me Niacinamide Moisturiser to act like a supercharged shot of hydration for my skin. I then follow with four pumps of Trinny London BFF SPF 30 Cream skin perfector, which I use as either the first step in my makeup routine or alone for sheer coverage.
And as much as I love makeup, there’s nothing better than taking it all off at the end of the day. At night, I double cleanse using the same cleanser as the morning, followed by Trinny London Better Off AHA/ PHA Gel Cleanser. When it comes to applying my leave-on products, I let them all sink in to avoid diluting the ingredients. First comes Trinny London Reveal Yourself AHA Exfoliant and then Trinny London Overnight Sensation Retinal+ Serum.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE BEAUTY HACK/TIP/PIECE OF ADVICE YOU’VE RECEIVED?
My favourite hack is SPF 50 – I’m always surprised by how many people still don’t wear it every day. Another tip I swear by
is cleansing your skin every morning to wash away the ‘witches brew’ that appears overnight.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE BEAUTY TREATMENT TO GET DONE?
I really like Fractional Radio Frequency as a treatment. It’s fantastic for repairing and rejuvenating damaged skin and can help reduce wrinkles, scars, visible pores, stretch marks and uneven skin tone or texture.
