Sinead O’Connor has revealed that she is back in Ireland after spending the past number of months in America – and she has an unusual request for her fans!
The Nothing Compares to you singer told fans she was receieving treatment in a private US clinic after a number of worrying social media outbursts and being reported missing at the beginning of the summer. However, it appears the 49-year-old has left treatment and returned to home soil.
The mum of four took to social media yesterday morning to let fans know she has arrived home.
“Back in Dublin. Now where to stay. If you have a spare room and I could stay please e-mail iamwonderful@me.com.” she wrote.
Fans were quick to welcome her back and offer her a place to stay.
One fan commented saying, “I can Sinead O Connor and you are very welcome to it,I have a lovely room my daughter just moved out of its yours if you want it,youd love it here in Mayo.”
Another said, “Welcome back Sinead. If you need to get away from it all visit emo court. Tranquil and soothing. Kettle always on in our house.”
An Italian fan also chimed in offering up a room in her Italian home, “If you come to Italy one day give me a ring, I got a spare room.”
