Since it was announced that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were engaged, everyone has questions about the wedding.
Who will be there? When will it be? and most importantly, what kind of dress with Meghan wear?
While the actress’s style is already sophisticated and luxurious, a royal bride can’t wear just any dress.
In what will be one of the most talked about weddings in recent years, it will need to be a showstopper, while also remaining classy, and appropriate for the royal celebration.
With this in mind, wedding planner Peter Kelly, AKA Franc, has designed the dress he’d love to see Meghan wearing on the day.
The Say Yes to the Dress host sat down with Maura and Daithi on the Today Show and explained why this is the perfect dress for the stunning bride.
“I never tell people what they should wear,” he explained, but recommended this style.
The dress features a sweetheart neckline and sleeves.
“There’s a little modesty panel, very sheer with a tiny bit of lace applique,” he explained
Speaking about the addition of sleeves, Franc said: “I think for the [Royal] wedding, you’d have to.”
“But these are very light and subtle, almost see-through. ”
“I might get a call,” he joked, “but I won’t hold my breath.”
