Xpose presenter Ruth O’Neill has admitted that she has no time for dating these days, because work takes up most of her time. The Castleknock native became a full-time host at the TV3 show back in September.
Former E! News reporter Ruth moved back to Dublin from Los Angeles earlier this year, but hasn’t had time to explore the dating scene in the capital just yet.
Speaking to the Herald she said, “I have no time for myself, I don’t even know whether I could make time for someone. I’ve honestly had no time. I have barely spent any time going out in Dublin for the last few months actually, I haven’t.
However, the 28-year-old doesn’t seem to be losing any sleep over the fact that she’s single, stating that she can’t deal with lads, no matter where they’re from.
“English guys are very gentleman-like and very polite. Irish guys are very funny, they’re good at banter. Guys are all kind of the same everywhere, I just can’t deal with them,” she said.
The stunning blonde also admitted that she considered using Tinder but felt that Dublin was too small for something like that!
“Recently, I’m thinking maybe I would, but maybe not in Dublin though. Dublin is very small, I hate when you see you’ve got 150 Facebook friends in common. I don’t think I’d go on it in Ireland,” she said.
