Roz Purcell previously revealed that her wedding planning had hit a speed bump after she misplaced her green wedding planning book, otherwise known as the Marriage Registration Form (MRF).
She took to social media to reveal the bad news ahead of her wedding to Zac Desmond.
“If you’re wondering how wedding planning is going, not great,” Roz shared, as she admitted she lost the all-important book.
“I don’t know how, but I’m after losing it,” she added.
“So I’ve spent the last day, I would say, considering where my brain would have put that for safekeeping…
“Did I put it in a giant book and put that book somewhere, did I throw it away accidentally, did I leave it in my car?”
Roz then believed she may have actually left it in her car, despite already checking there, as there’s a “miscellaneous bag” in the back of her boot where it may be hiding.
Thankfully, she has now revealed that she has been reunited with the book!
“Funnily enough, we both had this really distinct memory that we got back into the car and we put it into the glove box of the car. So we checked the glove box of the car, not there. Now we’re convinced, someone stole it or it was thrown away,” she revealed on social media.
She revealed that she ripped the house about searching for the book before she finally rang the Civil Registry Office to explain they had misplaced the green book.
“Two minutes later my phone starts ringing and I’m like: ‘Oh that’s the Civil Registry.’ She’s like: ‘Hi Roz, you never took your book home.’,” Roz explained.
She went on to say: “She said: ‘You never took your book home, it’s been here the entire time.’ And on the file there was a note saying, basically, they decided to keep the book here so they don’t lose it.
“Why did we both make up a memory that we put it into the glove box? That did not happen. That never happened and we were both so certain.”
Well at least there’s a happy ending to the story!
