We’re used to hearing Roz Purcell and Emma Power on a weekend afternoon.
The pair have been hosting the 12pm to 3pm slot on 2FM since 2023 to the delight of the nation.
But now they are the latest to get a shake-up in the new 2FM schedule.
Don’t worry, they’re not completely off the air just in a different slot.
The two will step into the Drivetime slot that has been vacant since The 2 Johnnies left over the summer.
Since the Tipp pair left Lottie Ryan, David O’Reilly, and Beta Da Silva have all filled their shoes.
But there has yet to be a full-time replacement found for the lads.
Roz and Emma confirmed their move, saying they would be in the weekday slot until the end of the year.
So it doesn’t look like they will be the permanent replacement either.
Roz shared the news on social media on Monday, writing: “Coming up on the show today, we’re doing a total brand new show. It’s myself, Emma and Graham, from three to six, and we have tickets to go and see Sam Fender.
“We are also doing a quiz called ‘Generally They’re Good at Knowledge’, where Emma and I can help you win €1,000 by the end of the week.”
While Emma also shared the news, saying: “So guess what? We’ve moved to weekdays. We’re going to be here until the end of the year, three to six on 2FM, and we’re not by ourselves.

“Graham Smyth is here,” she enthused before joking: “We’ve already realised that Graham is definitely the hardest worker out of the three of us. Am I right, Roz?”
It is currently unknown who will take over from the trio in the new year. But watch this space.
2FM saw several big name departures earlier this year, Doireann Garrihy, Donnacha O’Callaghan, Jennifer Zamparelli, and the 2 Johnnies all left in a matter of weeks.
