Rosie Connolly reveals anxiety around Covid-19 pandemic and how she deals with it

Rosie Connolly has been sharing lots on social media of what her and her family are up to during this period of self-isolation.

She has been sharing the good with the bad, which is nice to see, as many parents are struggling at the moment having their children at home 24/7. She posted; “We will all have good days and bad days, it’s a strange time.”

Yesterday Rosie shared how she has had good days and anxious days, and that yesterday was an anxious one. Rather than avoid the topic, she decided to share with her followers how she had been feeling to assure everyone that this is perfectly normal to feel at the moment;
“I’ll do my best to be honest about how I’m doing, in the hopes it gives comfort to even one other person.”

Rosie also had some encouraging words, as like many of us she is missing her friends and family at the moment;
“I’m reminding myself of the things to be grateful for. We are all healthy, well, have homes to stay in, food in our fridge and a chance to do our bit to help those on the frontline risking their lives for others.”

The influencer and Mum of two also shared how she lifts her spirits when she feels this way by getting dressed, cooking, cuddling her kids and getting some fresh air in the back garden. She left her followers with a positive message;

“I hope you all do what you can today, be KIND to yourself and others. I don’t know anyone who isn’t finding this tough in some way so let’s just get through it together.”
