Rosanna Davison was crowned Miss World 20 years ago to the shock of the Irish beauty.
Reflecting on the life changing experience, Rosanna is still speechless!
She took to social media to mark the occasion two decades on.
She shared several snaps of the moment she was crowned Miss Universe and being surrounded by the other women in the competition.

“December 6th 2003 TWENTY YEARS AGO!!!” she wrote.
“Winning @missworld for Ireland was the greatest honour and a year that I’ll treasure for as long as I live. I was just a teenager, a first year college student, and it completely changed my life. Beyond grateful for the best experiences, opportunities and memories.”
What an incredible achievement!
And we’re sure she’ll want that winning streak to continue in 2024 when she takes to the dancefloor on Dancing with the Stars.
She is one of the celebrities who will be competing in the new year when the show returns.
Speaking about taking part in the RTÉ show, she said: “My family like to say that I’m ‘awkwardly uncool’ when I’m on the dance floor, so I’m going to show them a thing or two. You forget who you used to be when you become a mum… your children take over your life, your world and your thoughts and I’m slowly starting to remember the person I used to be! I’m doing this show for my kids as well, I want them to be really proud.”
We can’t wait to see her on the dancefloor!
