Rory McIlroy will spend the year jetting around the globe with golf this year.
He is currently playing the US Open in Texas, before heading to the Scottish Open in July, just east of Edinburgh before heading back home to Ireland for The Open Championship in Portrush just down the road from his hometown of Holywood, Antrim.
However, on top of that, he is a loving husband to Erica Stoll and a proud father to four-year-old Poppy.
Speaking about juggling the two, he has confessed he feels like he has “two different lives”.

He spoke to press at the third round of the US Open, admitting that he definitely missed home.
“It’s always nice to get home. I feel like I live two different lives. I’m a dad and a husband when I’m away from here, and then I’m who I am when I’m here. It’s always nice to get away and feel a bit of normality,” he confessed.
“I’m looking forward to just getting back to Europe in general,” he enthused. “Yeah, we’ve got a lot to look forward to, got our new house in London, play the Scottish and then obviously The Open at Portrush.”
Rory married American beauty Erica Stoll in 2017, before welcoming their little one, Poppy, on August 31st, 2020.
And it looks like they’re settling in their new home in England this summer.
