Tonight excitement levels were at a high in Cork as the much-hyped denim brand POCO by Pippa previewed their bespoke pop up denim store in Mahon Point Shopping Centre to a selection of guests. The evening was hosted by designer and founder of POCO by Pippa O’Connor Ormond. DJ Eddie Hughes entertained guests as they sipped on Aperol Spritz cocktails from the new opened Oyster Tavern in Cork. Guests on the night included family and friends of Pippa and her husband Brian who both work on POCO together. Lady Mayoress of Cork Georgina Fitzgerald, Derval O’Rourke, Neil Prenderville, Paula Lenihan, Eimear Hutchinson, Louise O’Connell, Cliona O’Connor, Lisa Jordan were just a few of the well-known faces who supported the launch of POCO by Pippa pop up store in Cork. The store will be open for four- weeks and is located on Level 1 of Mahon Point Shopping Centre.
“I’m really excited to open a POCO by Pippa pop-up in Mahon Point Shopping Centre. We have had amazing feedback from customers and women all over Ireland who visited our last shopping centre pop-up and we know a lot of women while shop on-line love to try on jeans, so this is a great opportunity for POCO by Pippa to be available in a stand-alone store in Cork. I personally love to meet customers and hear their stories and the pop-up is the perfect place to do that.” says’ Pippa O’Connor Ormond.
