The entrepreneur, influencer and soon to be mother-of-three has opened up in the past about suffering a miscarriage before falling pregnant with her third child.
One year on, Pippa shared a message raising awareness for #babylossawarenessweek.
Taking to Instagram stories she wrote, “Today marks the start of #babylossawarenessweek… I never knew it existed until I was sitting in hospital last October 9th waiting to have a DNC.
“I was Googling and scrolling wanting to read something I could relate to. Thankfully there’s a lot more information out there and people sharing their stories more than ever before…
“I think it’s so important to keep these conversations going.. you aren’t alone in what you’ve been through and sometimes you just need someone to say I know how you’re feeling, that feeling like you’ve just fallen through a trap door..
“I get it and I’m sorry and it’ll ease with time.. so I’m just sending much love to anyone that needs it.. be kind to yourself.”
Pippa shared her story with fans this year shortly after announcing her pregnancy. She received an influx of support after speaking on the subject and admits she was nervous to share her experience.
Speaking on her Instagram stories after she told followers she said, “It’s been so nice to chat to so many people but I’m also so conscious that there are hundreds that I haven’t been able to reply to.”
Continuing, the mother-of-two said; “I’m so unbelievably grateful that people took the time out to send me a message and share their own story or just send a message of support, and the amount of people as well that said they felt enticed to go and tell someone close to them about what they’re going through or what they have gone through even years ago.”
“I’m so glad that I shared it. I was so nervous to say anything just because you’re opening yourself up then to something that’s so personal to you, but like I said the other day it was so important for me to acknowledge it and to be honest.”
Pippa is soon expecting her third child with her husband Brian Ormond.
Sending love to Pippa and her family at this time.
