
If January wasn’t your month, we don’t blame you. The cold! The rain! The darkness! There was no way we were achieving our New Year’s Resolutions.
But as we move into (hopefully) better days, we can really set our plans into motion.
Thankfully, for us, VIP Magazine sat down with pharmacist and wellness coach, Miriam Hussey in our February issue.
She chats to us about her wellness journey, her home lfie and shares some tips to channel her more in our everyday life.

We ask if she had to choose one wellness practice for the rest of her life and she is quick to respond.
“The breath is critical to everything to regulate that nervous system. But I do believe movement is key as well,” she tells us.
“Yoga for me is so powerful, I love it. I know if I don’t incorporate moments of grounding and yoga and meditation and breathwork, I spiral off! I have 50 million tabs open and am running around like a Tasmanian devil! I can be very prone to be flighty, that is my constitution.”
Well if it’s good enough for Miriam, it’s good enough for us. We’ll be booking that yoga class ASAP!
