Personal trainer Nathalie Lennon says “I’m thrilled to have teamed up with Irish family brand, Celtic Pure Irish Spring Water, to promote the importance of hydration when exercising.
“Many of my clients struggle to take in the correct amount of water daily and most of them say this comes down to lack of flavour. The Hint of Fruit range is fantastic as it comes in four delicious flavours and has all the hydration benefits of regular water but with added vitamins, perfect for active adults and kids alike.”
