We were so excited to learn that Barry Keoghan would be in the upcoming Peaky Blinders film alongside Cillian Murphy.
The pair had previously worked together in Dunkirk.
But it looks like we won’t have to wait too long to get our eyes on the Peaky Blinders again.
Netflix has confirmed that the movie has wrapped filming.
And to celebrate they shared a snap of Barry Keoghan and Cillian Murphy on set.
“And that’s a wrap! Filming has now completed on the Peaky Blinders film. Wishing a happy festive break to everyone, especially our wonderful cast and crew,” they wrote.
Cillian Murphy had previously discussed returning to the role of Tommy Shelby.
“It seems like Tommy Shelby wasn’t finished with me…It is very gratifying to be recollaborating with Steven Knight and Tom Harper on the film version of Peaky Blinders. This is one for the fans,” he said.

Netflix says the film will be an epic continuation of the multi-award-winning, six-season gangster saga. Set in Birmingham between 1919 and 1934, Peaky Blinders followed the rise (and sometimes fall) of the Shelby family as they navigated a world wracked with radical social, economic, and political change.
The last time we saw Tommy Shelby in the Season 6 finale, he was riding off on a white horse, intent on starting a new life. What does the new movie hold in store for him?
The plot is still very much under wraps, but Knight did tease that things are about to go boom — and we expect nothing less from the Shelby clan.
“I’m genuinely thrilled that this movie is about to happen,” the series’ creator Steven Knight said. “It will be an explosive chapter in the Peaky Blinders story. No holds barred. Full-on Peaky Blinders at war.”
Alongside Barry and Cillian, Rebecca Ferguson and Tim Roth have both joined the film.
