First, he made his mark on the Traitors’ Turret, and now he’s moved onto the Dancing with the Floor dancefloor.

Paudie Moloney won’t be going down without a fight on DWTS.

Of course, The Traitors Ireland has just started over in the UK and a whole new audience has fallen in love with the cast.

“There is something you know there has been a bit of a difference on Instagram and stuff. I mean, look, I could have, but to be honest with you I won’t say I’m looking because I’m not, but that’s just me!” Paudie tells VIP Magazine.

And he’s a fan of the series himself, saying he was cheering on Irish winner Rachel Duffy on the UK series which just finished up.

“I absolutely did see the series. I was thrilled with the finish. I thought it was an excellent finish! Fair play to Rachel and Stephen for not turning on each other at the end!

“It was absolutely brilliant. I thought it was a fantastic finish and an excellent series. People were saying it wasn’t good as the Irish one, but I thought it was great.”

And of course, he’s been cheered on by his The Traitors Ireland co-stars.

“Absolutely. I’ve had great contact with a lot of them, not all of them, but a lot of them. It’s nearly all through WhatsApp and Instagram, the likes of that. It’s all through the phone. One man sent me a bill for all the votes he put through. But they have to vote for me!”

Dancing with the Stars airs Sundays at 6:30pm on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player
