Pamela Laird has welcomed her first child into the world.
She and her long-term partner, Jay Searles, announced their good news on social media.
Pamela revealed not only the arrival of her little girl, but also that it was on a very special date.
Her little one was also born on Jay’s birthday.

“Baby girl is finally here & she’s perfect sharing a birthday with her daddy,” she wrote.
She was immediately met with sweet comments from her friends and followers.
“Huge congratulations to you all,” Louise O’Reilly wrote.
“Awww Pam huge congrats. Hope you’re both feeling really well xxx,” Louise Cooney commented.
“Yay!!!!! she’s here! Well done Mama,” Pippa O’Connor added.
Pamela and Jay announced they were expecting their first child back in February. They shared a sweet video of the couple holding up photos of the scan and Polaroids on Pamela’s little bump.
Earlier this summer, Pamela gave fans a positive update on her pregnancy journey as she entered her third trimester.
“August 2025, 13 years, countless memories, and now… we’re adding a little one to the mix! So excited to start this new chapter,” she wrote alongside the clip.
Taking to Instagram stories, she said: “Third trimester this week!
“I still feel mostly really good but felt a big shift last week,” she added.
“A lot slower on my feet now and not sleeping as well as I had been, but overall I feel really lucky to not be sick, etc.”
