Week seven of Operation Transformation aired on RTE last night, and leaders Chris and Yvonne stunned viewers by both reaching and surpassing their targets.
Chris, who is an amputee, had been given the target of losing 2lbs this week, after suffering a set back with his exercise regime last week. While the leader is already doing extremely well with his weight-loss journey, last night he even surprised himself.
When the Dubliner stepped on the scales they showed that he had lost an impressive 6lbs, surpassing his target by 4lbs and impressing both viewers and judges.
However, Chris wasn’t the only stand-out leader from last night’s show, as Yvonne also wowed with her weight loss. The Louth native had been told to lose one pound this week, but she too outdid herself.
Surpassing her target by 5lbs, Yvonne admitted that she had improved her efforts this week when it came to her nutrition and exercise regime.
Many viewers took to Twitter to congratulate both Chris and Yvonne on their staggering results last night, commending their efforts and positivity.
