We have been on quite the journey with our Operation Transformation leaders and we can’t believe it’s almost over.
There were definitely a few teary-eyed viewers this week as leader Stephanie Bowden made a massive step this week.
After giving birth to her son, Jack, she faced some complications that affected her heart. This has caused her to hold onto a lot of fear when it came to exercising.
She was forced to stop playing her beloved football due to fears that she could suffer a heart attack.
However, this week she worked with Dr Eddie Murphy to help her work through having a high heart rate while running to reach even higher health goals.
Dr Eddie placed his Fitbit on Stephanie’s wrist to help her monitor her heart rate and prove that everything was okay.
“We’re going to test your belief that your heart is going to burst or there’s something wrong with your heart,” he told her.
Stephanie said: “It was scary. I didn’t want to see it but I had to see it.”
It was a really touching segment with viewers sharing their joy on social media.
That was lovely segment with Eddie & Stephanie. Well done Stephanie. #operationtransformation

Yet again I need to state how much I love Eddie. He is just amazing at what he does. I think if he even looked at me I’d start crying and tell him my innermost thoughts 😂 #operationtransformation https://t.co/VZULE6Kk4Q
