After the success of Daniel and Majella’s B&B Road Trip, TV3, RTE and UTV Ireland are apparently willing to battle it out to sign the couple up for another show.
According to reports in The Sun, the three stations are looking to book the duo after they proved their ability to pull huge audiences around the country.
The pair drew an audience of half a million viewers for last week’s episode of the reality show, and following the success, the power is now in Danjella’s hands, as they can choose which station they want to air anymore shows on.
An insider told the newspaper, “There were high hopes for the show when it was first conceived, but no one had any idea it would do this well.
“Daniel and Majella can basically choose where they want to go with the show if they wish. All of the major networks are after them.”
Earlier in the week, Mary Curtis from UTV Ireland commented on their success, saying, “Last night’s episode received more than 500,000 average viewers across the country. The couple are proving to be a huge hit amongst audiences of all ages.
“We are delighted with the ongoing success of the series and that there are discussions about broadcasting Daniel and Majella’s B&B Road Trip in the United States.”
