Step back in time to 1902 when The Empire Theatre graced this spot here on Patrick Street, Kilkenny! Evolving over time into The Kilkenny Theatre and then Stallards Theatre, the allure of this spot grew with each chapter.
Preserving its rich history, Zuni now stands as a testament to the past, blending old and new. Only the facade and the Box Office cocktail bar, which was the original box office for the theatre, remain from the historic building.
There are lunch and dinner menus, with fantastic vegan options on each. Try the Turmeric and Ginger Hummus, it’s fantastic and comes with pickled baby carrots, bulgar wheat quinoa, edamame beans, spring onion, roast sweet potato, crispy chickpeas, salsa verde and garlic flatbread.
