Nicola Coughlan is swapping her corsets for a school uniform as she returns to the set of Derry Girls to film the final season.

The actress shared a snap on Instagram getting back into character as Clare Devlin in the hilarious Derry Girls, captioning the picture, “Guess who’s back in the house? #ReturnOfTheWeeLesbian.”

Nicola has been busy filming the second season of the Netflix hit Bridgerton and recently let followers know that it has wrapped writing, “And that’s a wrap on Pen. I can’t wait to share this season of Bridgerton with you, it’s been a complete joy. I’m so proud and so excited for you all to see it. See you in 2022/1814. Yours Truly, Lady Whistledown.”

She then headed straight back to Derry Girls where they have already started filming their third and final season.

Along with her two shows on the go, Nicola has also just released a podcast, which is an audio comedy play with an all-star cast.

The play was written originally for the National Theatre, but having heard nothing back Nicola and co-writer Camilla Whitehill decided to bring it to the public via podcast, and we could not be happier!

There’s no stopping Nicola with everything she has going on and we are sure it’ll all be a huge success, we can’t wait to see and hear everything when it’s released.
