The day has finally arrived…the Barbie movie is here!!!
And as much as we’re excited to see it, we can only imagine the sheer joy and pride the cast feel, now that it is out in the world.
One such person, who is feeling all sorts of emotions is our girl, Nicola Coughlan.
Taking to Instagram to mark this massive achievement, Nicola shared an adorable throwback photo which proves she was destined to be in the movie.
Beginning her post, the Irish actress wrote: “Happy #Barbie Day!”
“Thanks to Greta Gerwig I went from playing with Barbie’s car (swipe), to getting to drive Barbie’s car in actual Barbieland.
“To be a teeny tiny part of this magical film is a dream come true and I can’t wait for you all to experience the joy that is @barbiethemovie.
“I promise you it’s more than worth the wait.”
This isn’t the first time, Nicola has shared her gratitude for being in the highly anticipated film.
In fact, just the other week she expressed her delight at the UK premiere.
So, cinema date anyone?
