It has been one month since Niamh de Brún and her husband TJ Reid welcomed the birth of their second child, Seán Óg.
And it’s safe to say it’s been a learning curve.
However, the family wouldn’t have it any other way.
Taking to Instagram to mark the special milestone, Niamh shared some gorgeous family photos, capturing the couple and their daughter Harper alongside their latest bundle of joy.

“One whole month of you,” she captioned the post.
“The last four weeks have been a blur of newborn cuddles, drowsey milk smiles, night feeds that feel like they happen every 7 minutes, and learning how to juggle two children instead of one.
“This time around, I’m putting way less pressure on myself,” she explained.
“I’m slower, softer, and far more patient (most days ). I know now that everything doesn’t need to be “figured out” immediately – we’re all just adapting together.”
She described the past few weeks as a whirlwind of broken sleep, a toddler learning to share her world, and a newborn who already runs the house.
But said she’s soaking up every moment, knowing just how quickly this stage passes.
“Tired, grateful, a bit delirious and very much in the newborn bubble,” she finally added.
