The second series of the The Nathan Carter Show is set to return in November and the man himself has explain how this season differs from the first.
Nathan admitted that he felt ‘a lot more comfortable’ this time around as he could relax a little.
This season sees a whole host of famous faces joining the country music singer on stage.
The 27-year-old will be performing with former Westlife star Shane Filan and will even duet with Mel C AKA Sporty Spice!
“I do country and I do a bit of folk music, but we had literally everything from rock to pop to folk acts, not to mention a bit of bluegrass. I’d like to think there’s something in this show for everyone,” Nathan told TV Now.
“We’ve the likes of Shane Filan there doing his pop stuff, Paul Carrack doing the hits from the 80s and 90s with hits songs like The Living Years, then of course there’s the Christmas episode where we have Mel C, Curtis Stigers and Una Healy.”
The singer also revealed that he and former Spice Girl Mel C had plenty to discuss, both being from Liverpool.
“We had a lot to talk about and my guitar player John was born two streets away from her, so we got chatting about Liverpool, where we’re from and that sort of stuff.
“She was great fun – we sang the duet she first recorded with Bryan Adams after she left the Spice Girls, it was great fun. But Mel has lost none of her edge, she’s as feisty and entertaining as ever.”
The show returns on Sunday 5th of November at 9.30pm on RTE One.
