Muireann O’Connell shares hilarious message her mother gave her while staying in Kerry

Muireann O’Connell has shared the hilarious way her mother sent her a subtle ‘message’ while she’s visiting her in her home in Kerry.

Sharing a snap to Instagram, Muireann showed that her mother placed a framed picture of Jesus in the room she and her partner are staying in, as a reminder to keep their bedroom activities PG.

“My mother has this in the bedroom we use… subtle” she captioned the funny snap.

In the comments section people were quick to brand Muireann’s mother as a classic ‘Irish Mammy’.

“Old skool proper Irish mammy” wrote one.

“Is she even your mother if she doesn’t have a framed photo of JC somewhere in the house?” said another.

Muireann is currently enjoying some downtime with her mother in The Kingdom of Kerry. Only recently we caught up with the TV star to chat wedding plans, of which she says she’s taking a laid-back approach to.
