TV3 has undergone some major changes in 2016, with even more planned for the New Year. The station got a revamp just 3 months ago, and there have been more adjustments made since.
Just last month saw a schedule change at the television group as soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street made their return to TV3. This pushed evening talk show The Seven O’Clock Show to an earlier slot of six o’clock, which inevitably brought with it a new name.
However, now it seems that further shifts are afoot for TV3, as it will become a three-station company in January. There is speculation over whether popular TV3 shows will be moved to 3e or 3be as part of the continuing revamp.
Speaking to The Independent.ie about the impending changes, TV3 presenter Karen Koster said that she’s unaware of any more changes set for Xpose. The programme already had a “seismic shift” when it changed it’s air time to 7:30pm and 8pm.
“To be at a prime-time slot is huge so it’s been really exciting. There’s a few changes in terms of where our set will be based, so internally, there have been lots of changes. That’s all I know for now,” she said.
