Missy Keating has been impressing on the dance floor in the current season of Dancing With The Stars but the model has some big plans for life after the show.
Speaking to EVOKE, Missy shared that she’s hoping to get back into acting, something that she had a passion for when she was younger.
“I really want to focus on acting, it’s something that’s been a passion of mine for years. As a kid, I did a little bit of acting and I love it. I want to get back into it and work hard in that. Hopefully, I’ll succeed one day in that.
“There are so many amazing Irish actors, there’s proper talent here,” she said.
Missy had a budding acting career a few years ago having appeared in the Irish film Dark Touch as the leading role when she was 12, as well as having a part in The Sea that same year.
Having landed some impressive roles over the years, Missy stepped back from acting to focus on other passions as she grew older, but now is the right time to try again, “When I was younger I tried acting, and then I wanted to join a band. So I joined a band, then I gave that up. Then I became a model!” she told EVOKE.
Her dream role? She admitted she would have loved to appear in Game Of Thrones.
