Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague announced that she and her partner of five years, Tommy Fury had ended their relationship earlier this summer.
The couple welcomed their first child in January of 2023 and Tommy got down on bended knee later that year.
However, in August of this year Molly-Mae shared a statement confirming the end of their romance.
The Manchester woman took some time away from social media and is being comforted by her family and friends.
One of those support systems is Maura Higgins.
The two formed a close bond when they both appeared on Love Island in 2019.
Molly shared a picture of herself on social media getting some fresh air with the caption: “Thank you for being the best online friends I could’ve ever wished for.”
Maura was quick to comment on the post to share her support for her good friend.

“LOVE & ADORE YOU,” she wrote with a white love heart emoji.
We just love their friendship!
Tommy Fury also broke his silence with a picture of him in the gym with the caption: “These last few weeks have been heartbreaking. The false allegations about me have been horrendous, thank you to everybody who has stood by me through this.”
Molly-Mae confirmed their split on social media writing: “Never in a million years did I ever think I’d have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way,” she wrote. “I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end.
“I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority. I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years. You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all.
“Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time. I’ll be back when it feels right. Molly-Mae x.”
