Glow Up Ireland premiered last night which saw Maura Higgins take on the role of host for the first time. Having once been a contestant on a reality show it’s a role reversal for the Longford native, but she’s proven she’s perfect for the job.
Maura took to Instagram to share her excitement for the show before it premiered saying, “Tonight is the night!!!! My presenting debut hits the screens and I am so excited!! I can not wait for you all to see the incredible talent Ireland has to offer. (So proud!!) Thank you to everyone involved, For making this happen & believing in me.

Fans were praising Maura on Twitter after the show for her brilliant debut.
