Us Irish love to rally around our own kind. So when we found out that an Irish lad had finally joined Love Island we were immediately in his corner.
And after a shocking turn in Monday night’s episode, we need to rally around Martin even more.
The Irish lad had recoupled with Tanya during Casa Amor and was brought into the main villa.
However, Tanya declared her love for another man – Shaq – in a grand display in front of the entire villa.
During her very public speech, Tanya confessed to sharing a secret kiss with Shaq the night before, which Martin didn’t even know about!
She apologised to Shaq for “embarrassing” him after she recoupled with a new boy, but didn’t really think about how her current speech was just as embarrassing for poor Martin.
And people are not impressed!
